BEN TYLER was born and raised in the armpit of Texas. In his teens he moved to London to study theatre arts before returning to the states to begin his stage career in Los Angeles. After appearing in numerous productions, including the award-winning dramas "Uptight/Downtown," as well as "The Men's Changing Room at Macy's," he began creating monologues and discovered his talent for writing. His first published novel, TRICKS OF THE TRADE, launched his career as an author.
Tyler's subsequent novels, HUNK HOUSE, GAY BLADES and ONE NIGHT STAND and his novellas, SATISFACTION, SPANISH EYES and NAUGHTY OR NICE have all been main selections of the Insight Out Book Club.
Tyler lives in the Hollywood Hills above Los Angeles, where he writes and fantasizes about ... He's single (for the moment) and hopes to marry a guy who loves him for more than his nips, and who appreciates the Carpenters' music! (And he's not shy about saying this!) Must love dogs, too!
Of course Ben loves Adele, Barbra and Judy, but Karen holds a special place in his big heart. Oh, he also likes old stuff like Air Supply and arias from LaBoheme. Get used to it!
